This union has enabled us to realign our business operations and bring together our respective strengths in the IT industry and a total of 25 years of industry experience. FORMIS BASS has a proven track record as an established software house and systems integrator for the financial services industry whilst FSD is in the business of software application development, systems integration, Online Transaction ( OLTP ) and maintenance of large mission critical applications. Integrating the technical expertise and experience of both companies provides exciting new opportunities and an expanded portfolio of services and product offerings to our growing and diverse client base. Our impressive suite of solutions and service portfolio include insurance applications, banking applications and customer service solutions. FORMIS BASS also provides fault tolerant technology to the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and has successfully developed numerous software and turnkey applications for prestigious organizations including Bank Negara Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia, Labuan International Financial Exchange and other local financial institutions.
