Incorporated in 1989, Formis Network Services Sdn Bhd (FNS) is an established local company with many years of experience and a healthy track record.

FNS is registered with the Ministry of Finance of Malaysia as a Bumiputra concern as well as an I.C.T contractor, registered also with CIDB, Telekom Malayisa, Tenaga Nasional Bhd, Petronas Putrajaya and other agency bodies.

As one of the ICT players given due recognition in the market, FNS is well positioned through its strategic planning to enter into three main ICT business sectors, namely the Oil & Gas sector, Telco & Utilities sector and Government & MSC sector. These three strategic business units, are well supported by its Business Marketing Department as well as its Customer Service/Technical Department.
