FNS is registered with the Ministry of Finance of Malaysia as a Bumiputra concern as well as an I.C.T contractor, registered also with CIDB, Telekom Malaysia, Tenaga Nasional Bhd, Petronas and Putrajaya.

As one of the ICT players given due recognition in the market, FNS is well positioned through its strategic planning to enter into three main ICT business sectors, namely the Oil & Gas sector, Telco & Utilities sector and Government & MSC sector. These three strategic business units, are well supported by its Business Marketing Department as well as its Customer Service/Technical Department

With over 17 years of experience, FNS has acquired and implemented successful projects under its core I.T areas of Application Development, Infrastructure Implementation, Systems Integration, Consultancy, and Project Management. FNS has shown presence across Malaysia and Indonesia, with a direction to expand into other regions.

With effect from 1st June 2007, FNS took over the the entire operations and business of Formis Computer & Communication Sdn Bhd, another subsidiary in Formis Group. This is in line with the Group's direction to streamline its Systems business. With this integration, FNS will now have in its portfolio the business of providing mission critical solutions for the Defence and National Security sector.
